1.2. The Website performs the functions of obtaining information about Users, the way Users use websites and their behavior when using websites in the following way:

2.5 Processing - means an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or personal data sets in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, browsing, using, disclosing by sending, distributing or other types of sharing, matching or combining, limiting, deleting or destroying;

2.6 Administrator - means any natural or legal person, public body, unit or other entity that independently or jointly with others sets the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are set out in Union law or in the law of a Member State, an administrator may be designated by Union law or in the law of a Member State, or specific criteria may be laid down for its determination;

3. Information provided in the forms.

3.1 Through the Website, the Operator collects data:

a) provided voluntarily by the User while using the Website, including all forms,

b) about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

3.2. The data provided by the User while using the Website, including all forms, is made available to third parties, including: 24 Transfers, PayPal, DPD, only with the consent of the User or in cases provided for by applicable law, including the GDP and the Act from 18-07-2002. on providing electronic services.

Each user has the right to inspect their personal data, the right to correct, transfer, delete or limit processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to object to the processing without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before the withdrawal and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body in the event of a breach by the Administrator, provisions on the protection of personal data. The given data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point a) RODO, in the scope: name, surname, delivery address, date of birth, contact number, e-mail address, bank account number.
